Dr Miles is a specialist anaesthetist and recipient of the Cecil Grey Prize for the highest scoring anaesthetist in Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong in the Fellowship exams. Her particular focus is on colorectal surgery, bariatric surgery and cosmetic and plastic surgery.
Dr Miles focuses on the patient as an individual and tailors her anaesthesia to provide patients with the best possible care and attention. She has a kind and caring demeanour. She aims to provide high quality anaesthesia with particular attention taken to the provision of post-operative pain relief and prevention of post-operative nausea and vomiting.
Currently working in private practice at Campbelltown Private, Norwest Private and Westmead Private hospitals, Dr Miles has a public appointment at Liverpool Hospital where she is head of Fellowship teaching. Her ongoing active role in clinical education equip her with a wealth of knowledge in anaesthesia, adding to her clinical repertoire.
